Reporting Issues

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to report issues with the 4Ddeveloper App. To help us address and resolve the problem effectively, please follow the guidelines below when reporting issues.

Steps to Report an Issue

  1. Check Existing Issues:

    • Before reporting a new issue, check the existing issues to see if the problem has already been reported.

  2. Create a Clear Issue:

    • Click on the "New Issue" button.
    • Provide a descriptive title that summarizes the issue.
    • In the issue description, clearly describe the problem, including steps to reproduce it if applicable.

  3. Include Relevant Information:

    • Include details about your environment, such as the operating system, browser version, or any relevant configurations.
    • Attach screenshots or logs that help illustrate the issue.

  4. Labels:

    • Apply relevant labels to categorize the issue (e.g., bug, enhancement, documentation).

  5. Assignees:

    • Assign the issue to the appropriate person or leave it unassigned if unsure.
