Odd treatment of H3/H4/STIGMA

So it should not be fitting for STIGMA and it should be fitting for H4.

The value for H3 also seems pretty off.

In the end I think using H3/STIGMA for this particular case is actually appropriate, but it still seems like Vela should respect the input par file and use H3, H3+H4+NHARMS, or H3+STIGMA.
