In SDK Team, for our open source repositories, we're keeping to either check or build for job_ids - because they're used in the GitHub UI and this encourages consistency.
I'm not quite sure how we might go about validating this, but a working theory is that the HEAD Commit on the default branch might lead us to some CheckSuites.
