Enhancement request: in vulnerabilities, sort  the package versions putting the ones with a non vulnerable version first

I would like to see in vulnerabilities the package versions sorted with the ones with a non vulnerable "actionable" version at the top in the UI

**What are the benefits of the requested enhancement?**
This gives immediate feedback on which is the actionable that are possible.
