Can we add a document for the startup template to explain how to run the solution

Can we add a document to the application startup template that is automatically shown when the solution is opened first time in Visual Studio and explains how to run the solution. Consider Tiered/Non-Tiered, EF core / mongodb, blazor/mvc/ng... etc. scenarios.
You can write the initial document, I review them.

VS does not seem to automatically open a file when opening the solution for the first time. The rider will open README.md, but the markdown file needs to be rendering to be readable.

The CLI output a document URL when creating a project, Is it necessary to provide a document?
