Add a graduated curve configuration panel on the creator dashboard for setting supply milestone exponents

Summary

The graduated bonding curve feature has no creator UI. A configuration panel on the creator dashboard should let creators add up to 5 supply milestones with an exponent per tier and preview how the price steps up across the supply range.

Scope

• Add a Graduated Curve section to the creator dashboard settings tab
• Allow creators to add up to 5 milestone rows: supply threshold and exponent (1–5) per row
• Show a real-time preview line chart updating as milestones are added or changed
• Validate that supply thresholds are in ascending order before enabling submit
• Submit via the configure_graduated_curve contract function and show a success toast

Acceptance Criteria

• Up to 5 milestone rows accepted
• Exponent input constrained to 1–5 per row
• Out-of-order thresholds show a validation error and disable submit
• Preview chart updates in real time as milestones change
• Success toast shown after contract confirmation
