Markdown toolbar icons have poor contrast in dark mode #756

Bug Report 🐛
The icons in the TemplateMarkdownToolbar render in black while the toolbar background is dark blue. This results in poor contrast and reduced visibility, when using dark mode.
Expected Behavior
Icons should remain clearly visible and accessible.
Current Behavior
Icons render on dark blue background, hence the contrast is low. Toolbar appears visually inconsistent and harder to use.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the application.
- Navigate to the Markdown editor.
Desktop
- OS: Ubuntu
- Browser: Chrome
- Version: 24.04.2
