Concerto v4 is in beta. To help validate the prerelease build, upgrade the use of Concerto in this repo to use the new API and record the steps required and any issues for feedback to the Concerto maintainers.

hi @mttrbrts i was testing and all test passed but i am getting this error Error: ModelFile expects Concerto version ^3.0.0 but this is undefined and i think it it because
markdown-common, markdown-template, markdown-transform, and template-engine all depend on concerto-core v3.25.7.
Need to remove { strict: true } from ModelManager constructor.

After installing the beta version and using it there were some problems

• ModelManager no longer accepts the strict property
• @accordproject/template-engine is still typed against the v3 ModelManager interface. Its constructor expects a v3 ModelManager that had properties that don't exist anymore in the V4

Something to mention is that installing the package directly fails on a standard machine because of nested lifecycle scripts inside @accordproject/concerto-metamodel. It attempts to run lint:lockfile (which looks for a global lockfile-lint installation) and lint:deps (which looks for syncpack). I had to run npm install @accordproject/concerto-core@4.0.0-beta.1 --ignore-scripts to successfully install it.
