1.3.2 - ACE Medical:
1.3.2 - ACE Medical Prototypes:
0.1.20
Description:
When a player enters cardiac arrest, the character model continues to display a normal breathing animation. This visual behavior is misleading, as it gives the impression that the player is still alive and breathing normally, even though the character is in cardiac arrest.
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch any scenario with the listed mods enabled (e.g. “Game Master”).
- Use medical interactions or apply sufficient damage to induce cardiac arrest on a player character.
- Observe the animation of the unconscious player.
- The character’s chest continues to move as if breathing.
Expected behavior:
When the player is in cardiac arrest, the body should stop the breathing animation to correctly represent the medical state. The chest should remain still until the player is resuscitated.

Additional context:
This issue causes confusion among medics and teammates during medical treatment since it visually suggests that CPR or defibrillation succeeded when it has not.
