Medical Core - Radial menu conflict with vanilla radial menu

• Arma Reforger: `1.7.0.41 stable
• ACE Core DEV: `1.5.2.0 DEV
• _Other ACE mods : Ace All In One Dev

Description:
after using command menu or gesture menu the ace menu get overwrite ( this is not happening at mission start)

Steps to reproduce:

1. open game master arland , create a unit and take control
2. click the ace menu and the medical radial menu opens as it should, now open command menu (default key" \" )or gesture menu ("F1" ) and now press again the ace menu key
3. see that the last opened radial menu ( command or gesture ) is opening when pressing the ace menu keybind
   ( default "CTRL+H)

Expected behavior:
ace keybind should always open medical menu
