Description:
AI cannot fire guided missiles with no hardlock capability, esspecially noticable on vehicles such as the Qilin, this has been a bug ive noticed for around a year now but I didnt report it because I thought other people would notice

Steps to reproduce:

  • Setup zeus in eden editor
  • Load into the game
  • Spawn a qilin AT
  • Spawn any enemy vehicle
  • Observe the qilin as it proceeds to not fire on the target

Expected behavior:
Qilin should fire at the enemy vehicle
