Replace references to Visit_windows table by visits

On LORIS we are slowly shifting away from Visit_windows, there is no paln for deprecating it because it still has valuable information but it will most likely link to visits in the long run with visits being the central location for the list of visits.

I think references to Visit_windows should be updated to look at visits instead
