A user is asking for FreeSurfer 8

Author of docker for FS 7 suggested a draft version, which according to few testers is missing uptime, a bash utility on which recon all relies

freesurfer/freesurfer#1308

I guess we can adjust it to create some 8.0.0-preview version? or 8.0.0-test?

Perpsonally I would prefer grab one from neurodesktop, which offeres FS 8.1 or other unofficial source

Note, apparently there are some minor differences from 7, such as single core optimisations, described in the release Readme

I see a small typo in onging Dockerfile: apparently the update url is not

https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/8.0.0/fs8_updates.sh

but

https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/8.0.0/fs800_updates.sh

(contains few extra zero)

With this corrections I deployed it in CBRAIN as 8.0.0-preview.

I use the previous boutiques descriptor (but perhaps parameters changed, we should look at it once official docker is ready)
