🐛 Possible MMKV storage reset after upgrading expo-share-intent (iOS)
Versions
- expo-share-intent: 2.2.0 → 5.1.1
- Platform: iOS
Description
After upgrading expo-share-intent from 2.2.0 to 5.1.1, we noticed that MMKV storage appears to be cleared on iOS.
We’re not certain this is caused by expo-share-intent itself, but the timing lines up with the upgrade and native rebuild.
Question
Have any changes between 2.2.0 and 5.1.1:
- altered the app or share extension container (bundle ID, entitlements, App Groups)?
- changed the base directory used by the main app or extension?
- required rebuild steps that could result in a new sandbox on install?
Even confirmation that no storage-affecting changes exist would help us narrow this down.
