Replace FIXME Zenodo DOI with actual DOI in paper.tex

We, @mtwente and I, have just become aware of a mistake in our paper.

We would like to replace the following:

anthology-ch/docs/volumes/vol0003/seeing-history-unseen-evaluating-vision-language/paper.tex

Line 778 in 1273a19

\textbf{Persistent record:} \href{https://doi.org/XXXX}{FIXME Zenodo DOI}

with:

\textbf{Persistent record:} \href{https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17639517}{DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17639517}

and rerender PDF.

Is this possible?
