Error in Application setup locally

Hi, I was trying to run the application locally, but after running this command for the first time, I was getting this error:

and after adding the env variable, I was getting this one:

Looks like it's missing a doc folder in the root directory, how can I get that directory? and if there's any other solution, please let me know. Thank you
