Unfortunately at this time you can install SoleXplorer the way you are trying because it is still not registered. You can install it using the full URL of the repository instead:

pkg> add https://github.com/aclai-lab/SoleXplorer.jl.git

If you encounter any problem in doing so it would be really helpful if you could share here some details about it.
