Perpetual Spotify Jam Session

This doesn't really belong in this repo, but I want it to be something this machine (ACMCLOCK) does, and as of now this machine is configured entirely by this repo.

• Restructure the git repo/create more so we have one repo that configures the machine and a different repo for this app (the clock). Probably use git submodules? I discussed this with @xmasscan briefly this past week, I think.
• Use spotifyd or something better to set up a jam session on the machine, routed to some speakers.
