The website utilises 3D objects and other assets, so this issue will be accepting methods via which you can show a significant change in the speed of load times.
Possible solutions
Perhaps look into minimizing asset size, and adding a folder structure. You can either manually show a difference in time, or show via the network tab, the significant change in speed.
