Question about firmware files

Running modinfo I see there are two firmware entries:

$ modinfo tn40xx
filename:       /lib/modules/6.14.11-3-pve/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/tehuti/tn40xx.ko
description:    Tehuti Network TN40xx Driver
firmware:       tehuti/bdx.bin
license:        GPL
firmware:       tehuti/aqr105-tn40xx.cld

The first one is on my system at /lib/firmware/tehuti/bdx.bin.
The second one tehuti/aqr105-tn40xx.cld cannot be found.
Looks like it's a firmware file for the device.

Does anyone have an idea of where to obtain this CLD file?
