"Unexpected Error" Unable to withdraw

The error occurs using xverse wallet. Occurs on both windows and linux.

It happens after hitting "Withdraw" The signature request is never sent to the wallet

can an actual acre dev start looking at this or only accounts a month old with no connection to the repo?

Acre team is utterly non-responsive on discord, here, and all other published channels. Verified that the issue was not on Threshold end via threshold-network/tbtc-v2#1010. Anyone else with trapped funds is welcome to use my method at https://github.com/GALE-forkbeard/Acre-Escape. Interestingly, after taking control of the vault though method https://github.com/GALE-forkbeard/Acre-Escape/blob/main/docs/02-owner-recovery.md, on the Dapp it DID send the signature request, only to return the "Unexpected error" on the next step. I will leave this issue open as the dapp itself is still totally broken.
