Creating Inline Relations not working

Hello, Thank you for this valuable extension.
I was unable to use the Inline Create Option inside the Wizard.

This should be fixed in the next patch release. Due to the way I saving the data from step to step, this was breaking BelongsTo fields all together. I'll be pushing the next version today most likely. I'll test this specific feature too.

I finally had a chance to look at this. The reason this isn't working is because the plugin adds a step to the query string, and goes to the next "page" which clears the modal. I'm considering how to easily refactor this code while maintaining the browser history but disabling it for modals.
