OpenId Infrastructure Setup #3051
Description
We need a few things to get started:
- an enven-flag to turn on openid-flow support
- a new feature for that auth-flow, with the starting page
- server-support detection code
- MAS support in integration tests
- MAS/openID support for the SDK
- authentik detection helper on the SDK
