Under Setup In the Action CLI section (https://github.com/actions-on-google/actions-builder-codelab-level-1#actions-cli)

the first step is to install gactions CLI [x] done

I don't understand the second step,
from where I have to navigate to sdk/settings/settings.yaml?

It's not clear, from the user's perspective of what to do next.

Hence I wanna propose a little change in the README.MD instructions.

1. adding the path of gactions in the .bashrc file so that gactions can be accessed from any file directory.

2. Create a folder PROJECT_NAME and make sure you are in the PROJECT_NAME folder and run gactions init <your_project_name>
