[ubuntu-24.04-arm] Wine programs seem to hang

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a Wine environment to cross-compile and test Windows ARM programs, with Meson. These programs compile and link fine, but it seems to take so long for them to start up that they eventually time out and get killed.

My previous setup with a Linaro Wine on ARM64 image works, so I suspect this is not a Wine issue:

[13:42:31] lh_ideapad: it seems to be an issue with wine in ubuntu 24.04 in general
[13:42:48] it works better with wine in 22.04

So this can be solved by downgrading to ubuntu-22.04-arm.
