Segmentation faults when using vcpkg on ubuntu-24.04-arm64 runner

We are facing segmentation faults in GHA when vcpkg is used on a ubuntu-24.04-arm64 runner.
i.e.

Try again @Evagan2018 , might be working now, ours "magically" was fixed yesterday (no comment or update from GH support on our ticket though) without us changing a thing and no more seg faults on v2.233.0 ubuntu-24.04 arm64 large hosted runner too

Unfortunately the issue still persists.
