What problem will this feature address?
I always forget how to add a package to the monorepo. @bassiounix didn't know why did we make the messages table in the way it is & other similar issues that should've been documented (e.g. why deprecate nest-drizzle).
Describe the solution you'd like
We need to update the Wiki regularly for whatever technical decisions we take.
We might also include stuff like our workflow, setting up development environment, how to deal with the monorepo, ...
Describe alternatives you've considered
Docasaurs, over kill in my opinion.
