[Bug]: Link detection feature (#6306) has messed up the transactions table

What happened?

I upgraded my Actual instance from (26.1 to 26.2) and got the below issue, link detection needs to be implemented properly.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Create a new transaction with the below note:
