Difference between gtfs2graph and topo

Hi.
I encounter a difference between what Gtfs2graph and Topo generates. With Gtfs2graph I have stops and sections of lines that I cannot find in the JSON then generated with Topo.
Do you have an explanation?

Sorry for the late answer here. Could you somehow provide the input GTFS file? I suspect that somehow the leftmost station in your input was ignore for some reason, and topo simply pruned the then station-less section from the final input.
