Update .travis.yml workflow to GitHub Actions #52
Description
The Adafruit org hasn't used travis in a few years but this repository still has a workflow: https://github.com/adafruit/nina-fw/blob/master/.travis.yml
It should be updated to use GitHub Actions, instead.
