[Bug]: No test result returned in windows CI

How did you encounter this bug?

I'm trying to continue your work in stylelint/vscode-stylelint#426, the tests were almost passed except the one in windows CI, which said No test result returned for ... , you can see https://github.com/zys-contrib/vscode-stylelint/actions/runs/5567010630/jobs/10170076995?pr=1 for more details.

Actual Behaviour

Tests pass except the tests in windows CI

Expected Behaviour

Tests also pass in windows CI
