Suggestion: Adding GH Action Support

Description

It would be a great addition to this modkit if it where possible to use it in a GH Action. Since the Modkit requires Hytale being installed, this is currently quite a tedious task when trying to create a CI/CD pipeline

Suggestion:

Make the requirement of hytale being installed optional

So it would maybe solve 2 birds with one stone?

I can actually jump in with a small workaround for now:
You can create a mock Assets.zip in your CI workflow, just an empty file.

        - name: Create stub Hytale assets
        run: |
          mkdir -p $HOME/.local/share/Hytale/install/release/package/game/latest
          echo "" > $HOME/.local/share/Hytale/install/release/package/game/latest/Assets.zip

And with it the CI doesn't fail anymore 😃

FYI, there is a version 0.2.15-dev7 that has fixed the problem with Assets.zip, hoping to wrap up with a few other fixes and make it fully available soon.
