Adding long descriptions to ICS file causes email to get lost on Outlook

Steps to reproduce:

1. We are using AWS SES raw email to attach the ICS.
2. Adding a description of 2000 chars to the attached ICS will cause the email to fail, while adding a smaller description like 1000 chars works well.

I expect this will happen to anyone regardless of the email service, but haven't had time to verify it.
