Test clipboard functionality

Clipboard functionality is expected to be released in v1.1.0 with no-sidebar.

Draft of clipboard functionality has been created in the following branches:

• https://github.com/adapt-security/adapt-authoring-content/tree/clipboard
• https://github.com/adapt-security/adapt-authoring-langpack-en/tree/clipboard
• https://github.com/adapt-security/adapt-authoring-ui/tree/clipboard

You should notice a new window that contains an interactive course map to assist with dev and testing. Use this map to observe structural changes when using the clipboard functionality. N.B. when the window first loads you may need to refresh to get it to render the styles correctly.

Also note that the context menu can be accessed by right-clicking any valid area within a content element (not just the gear icon).

Please checkout and test if you have time. If you notice any issues please report the console log content as this will help greatly.
