Only load necessary data in editor

Feature description

Each time the user navigates to any content the entire course is loaded. It would be better if only the necessary content was loaded e.g. when loading a menu structure only load type contentobject, when loading a page only load the page and its descendants etc. This will yield significant performance improvements.
