Improper use of aria-expanded for nav button which triggers notify dialog

Subject of the issue

As per the core issue, the aria-expanded attribute is used for the navigation PLP button. However, when activated the button displays a modal dialog and there is no expand/collapse functionality associated. This might create confusion for screen reader users.
