I am very confused by the "Sequence / Epitope*" section at https://design.adaptyvbio.com/. According to my visualization, the highlighted epitope does not interact with Cetuximab Fab, nor the Top 1 submission in Round 2. I have attached a screenshot below and the structure files at the end. Do I misunderstand anything?
In this screenshot, I highlighted the mentioned epitope "SNK TQLG" in red in all three structures (6ARU, 8HGO, Round 2 Top 1 AlphaFold 3 prediction). The epitope is on the lower-right domain of EGFR, while Cetuximab Fab and Round 2 Top 1 submission interact with the upper-left domain of EGFR.
