Really counterintuitive

Followed the instructions to a T until it said "Change the source code and recompile" and then I was like "Excuse me?" Also it crashes on boot. I would expect something like this to have an interface that just asks for the service account and api key and then validate.

And maybe a few buttons to take you to the right pages and a walkthrough from the app.
