Calendar has worked well but currently some issues with times on Outlook

Hi,

We have the calendar installed on an event page but when I select the Outlook option, the times of the event are several hours out.
E.g. I have a Start Date of 6pm and an End Date of 9pm. This displays correctly for Google, MS Teams, Microsoft 365 and iCal with Outlook Classic. But for Outlook (outlook.live.com) the time is showing as 10am - 1pm. Has anyone noticed this before? Is it an Outlook issue?

Can you check the time zone in your Outlook setup? Usually it is linked to that as Outlook somehow has multiple internal time zone settings, that might differ from the time zone on your computer.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Sure, I will recommend checking that. I think it is only a small sample of users having the issue, but I can replicate so I should also be able to check the timezone and get the users to do the same. Also, it appears to be different for different users - which would make sense if they all have different setups.

To update - I checked my time zone settings in Outlook.com and they were set to US Pacific time instead of GMT - so that was easily resolved.
