Support for EXDATE? Create recurring events except specific dates

Hi there, is it possible to create a recurring event except for one or few specific dates? There doesn't seem to be a config option that translates to the EXDATE property.

At the moment, this property is not supported and would include a lot of major changes.
It, however, would something really nice to consider for a bigger refactoring, which somwhere on the horizon, but far away from specified at the moment.

Would love to hear some ideas and thoughts on how you would see this implemented?

I see, thank you for replying. I personally don't have any ideas/suggestions for actual implementation as I'm not familiar with either the codebase nor too deeply familiar with the ICS format. I thought it would be as simple as inserting an extra property/line into the final ics file, but sounds like I was wrong :)
