can spec-driven-development skill work with openspec?

I was using openspec in my project, and I'm not sure if it can work with spec-driven-development, any ideas?

I used this skill with an openspec project and it incorporated openspec into the entire process which I found helpful. By the end of the flow, it created the same output as it would of without using the skill so I'd consider it a success and valid use case. My suggestion is try, you might be surprised. @wxzhuhua
