Immersive Mode Bug

Describe the bug
The notification panel is visible even when Immersive Mode is on

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Immersive Mode, it hides the panel but
2. Exit the app
3. Reopen the app
4. Even if the Immersive Mode is on the notifs bar is still visible

Expected behavior
It should stay hidden
