Unable to delete playlist with No Songs in it

Describe the bug
This happens when I tried to select the "On The Go" option with no song inside, then it create an empty new playlist which I cannot find a way to delete it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Music > Playlists
2. Check if the "On The Go" Playlist is empty.
3. Click the middle button, when it shows "No Music", click the middle button again
4. Click the "MENU" button to go back, a new empty playlist would be created.
