Release of anatomical models

Hi, I really appreciate and want to reproduce the result from your paper, but I notice that the anatomical models is not currently release yet, do you have plan to release those models?

I will add the link to the README. There is one difference between these models and the models we used in the paper. The models used in the paper had a single "pericardium" layer added around the outside of the mesh and that layer is used in some parts of the code.

I will see if my colleague still has the code to add the pericardium readily available, otherwise we can add the model set with pericardium as well.

In order to make it easier I will try to create a new zenodo containing the extended model set (.e. not just the original 20 models) with the pericardium included. I should be able to do that next week.

@adgilbert Thanks for your answer; I have already been able to run with the Zenodo 1000 model; are there any differences between that and the model you mentioned?
