Variable File unable to find stanford-parser.jar


Hi there, 

I keep getting this error:
"  NLTK was unable to find stanford-parser\.jar! Set the CLASSPATH
  environment variable."

I put the "standford-models" folder with everything in the ReadMe in the project root. Is this correct? I have all the required packages working in a virtual environment. Should I put it there?
