Error logging #165
Description
There seems to be a potential error logging bug. The output of the function check_parameters does not seem to get logged or printed to the screen when an error is detected. In fact the log file seems to be missing.
To recreate the issue, use the zip file setup from #156. Run the script to generate a record section. Then change any keyword argument for plotw_rs to a non-existent option, and check.
