Contributors want to see template examples

Data contributors want to know what the templates look like before they have to fill them out. @ameliakallaher conversations with CLEAR-AD and ELITE

• blank templates -- previews in google sheets? excel files you have to download? both?
• should be automatically updated any time the data model is updated
• need a user-friendly menu of options, easy to view, easy to check version

Templates should be versioned somehow

• data contributors (Mayo) want to be able to look at the template they downloaded ahead of time and see if it has changed compared to the current version they will be validating against
• highest priority is to prevent filling out a template or preparing metadata for a template that is outdated, then getting errors during DCA validation
• potentially would get templates with very high version numbers very quickly -- e.g. adding new valid values for highly-edited columns -- need to think about versioning strategy. Semantic? major/minor? just always increasing?

Potential solution: something like the NF metadata dictionary, with template links/descriptions at the top and a searchable reactive table of the attributes (similar to current AD dictionary) under that: https://nf-osi.github.io/nf-metadata-dictionary/#Annotation_Templates
