revamp model-ad templates

Need to edit the existing model-ad individual animal template and add new template for strain information.

Steps:

• add new csvs for each new attribute needed w/in the appropriate module sub-folder w/ Parent = ManifestColumn
• edit any existing attributes in their csvs
• add or remove attributes from the model-ad individual animal template DependsOn column in templates.csv
• create a new row in templates.csv for the new strain template. Put any columns we want to show up in this new template in the DependsOn column.
