some double-byte (Chinise) text is not exported as SVG

1. Create text layer, paste or type in some double-byte text
   こんにちは
   (or download bugfile from watson)
2. Select this layer and add to Crema
3. Change Format to SVG

Result: Preview becomes empty rectangle

exported SVG doesn't have Text and Text Styles
