Layer Comps: Only the last layer comp is ever rendered in svg

Test file TBA - wanted to get this in quick.

1. Open test file in PS, or create 3 different layer comps with different visibility states
2. Add svg assets in Crema for each layer comp, or generate svg

Result: Only the last layer comp is rendered for all svg assets. Expected: Each layer comp would get its own unique svg image.

I get separate files for each SVG layer comp, but the visibility of layers is lost since it doesn't appear to be showing in the generator data.

I think I can get position working. I have it part way, but its wonky still. layerEffects should already work.

I'm thinking this is deferred for Crema.
